1. Reservations & Table Holding

Confirmed table reservations are held for up to 15 minutes past the reserved arrival time. If your party anticipates a delay, please contact our host desk (+84 92 686 5589) so we may preserve your seating arrangement.

2. Pure Vegetarian & Jain Dining Policy

Phu Quoc Haveli operates a pure vegetarian kitchen environment. Pure Jain dining options (prepared without onion, garlic, or root vegetables) are gladly customized upon request. Please inform your server or note it during online reservation.

3. Private Dining & Group Bookings

Private banquets, corporate executive dinners, and large tourist group reservations require advance notice for menu planning and venue layout customization.
